Unfortunately there are some units we do not service in the field, because it would be detrimental or just impossible to move our test equipment.  

Small Weights or Sets must be sent in for calibration.

Our turn-a-round time is exceptional!!! 

Riverview does not "Alter or Change" the values of weights. We only verify the "Nominal Value" of the weight.

Slotted Weights, used for tensile machine verification or force gauge intemediate checks, Hang weights typically found with mooney viscometers either 25 lbs or a set of 12.5 lbs, or smaller weights used to perform Test methods, all can be checked on-site utilizing our various load cell units.

The unit is then certified to dimensional specifications outlined in the appropriate ASTM method, within full compliance with ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025-05(E), and utilizing NIST traceable standards and equipment.  Each receives a "Certificate of Verification" with "As Found" and "As Left" data and is ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025-2005(E) compliant. Riverview is a small company that customizes its service to the customer.  I am proud to say that our customers love our certificates. We make them easy to read and understand, packing them with as much information as possible and ensuring they conform to ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025:2005(E), ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 and A2LA requirements.

A laminated identification sticker is placed on each to provide the customer with required calibration information. Serial number, Type, calibration date and the calibration due date ( if requested ).
